James Action Keney is a House DJ and producer based in Northern Virginia, serving the DMV, including Washington DC and Maryland. Known for high-energy electronic music sets that blend house, bass, and open format selections, James creates immersive experiences that move with the moment and leave people saying, “That was amazing.”

Through his It’s A Vibe sessions, James shares curated DJ sets online, connecting with music lovers who appreciate flow, transitions, and the art of the mix. As a lead creative behind NOVA Parties, James has performed at public events, brand activations, and custom productions throughout Northern Virginia and the greater DC region.
